Making A Purchase
We accept direct bank transfer. Our bank account details are displayed at the checkout.
We also accept cheques and money orders mailed to PO Box 2157, Rose Bay North, NSW 2030. Orders will be sent after payment is cleared.
We accept credit card and PayPal payments through PayPal. PayPal provide simple, safe and secure transactions. It is easy to set up a PayPal account, however it is not necessary, you may simply provide your credit card detail.
Prices shown are correct at the time of publication and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notification. Last date prices changed: February 2012.

Silverphotoframes.com.au is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent or loan any information regarding our customers to a third party. Any information that you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
Delivery top
We aim to despatch orders the same day or the next working day after your payment is cleared. Payments through PayPal are generally cleared on the same day your order is placed.
We offer FREE postage with tracking (standard Australia Post) for all purchases.
Need it fast? No problem! Upgrade to Express Post for the price of $12.50 (choose this option at checkout).
A tracking number is supplied for all deliveries.
We highly recommend you select Express Post, to receive your parcel as soon as possible.
Tracking top
Every parcel we send is trackable.
When your order is posted, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel using the Australia Post website: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html
When we say ‘your order is posted’ we mean exactly that. Your actual parcel is on the way to you (not just the paperwork received by Australia Post).
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will let you know and we can back order it for you or supply an alternative at your request. You will always be contacted with the option to change OR cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns
All our frames are thoroughly inspected before they are sent out. However, should the delivered item be damaged in transit or incorrect, we must be notified within 24 hours of your parcel being signed for by phone on 0416 858 305 or email enquiries@silverphotoframes.com.au and we will give you instructions on how to return the damaged or incorrect item to us for replacement.
Exchanging Your Order top
Exchanges are simple. Please contact us by phone on 0416 858 305 or email enquiries@silverphotoframes.com.au.
You can return any item in original packaging and condition within 7 days of shipment from Silver Photo Frames, to exchange it for another selection. For an exchange we will issue you a credit for the price of the item (less any shipping charges). You can apply this credit against the cost of any other item you choose. Any surplus credit will be refunded or carried forward to your next order. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0416 858 305.
Packaging Procedure top
The merchandise we supply is valuable and requires that we take special precautions in shipping. To return any item to Silver Photo Frames, please ensure you follow the following procedure:
- Secure your goods inside the original box. Make sure you include all packaging, including any protective wrapping.
- Please ensure the package is securely wrapped – we can’t issue a credit if the goods are damaged in transit.
- Include proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt.

- Ship the item by with Australia Post Signature on Delivery, fully insured for the value of the frame. Please request a receipt from your shipper for your records.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your returned item.
What do I do with a damaged or missing item? top
If you have received damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please accept our apologies and notify us within 24 hours of signing for the parcel on 0416 858 305 or email enquiries@silverphotoframes.com.au.
We will gladly replace the merchandise (subject to availability) without any additional charges, or if unable to supply a suitable replacement, provide you with a full refund. Please indicate the reason for return and include proof of purchase.
How do I check the status of a return? top
Once we have received the returned goods it can take between 2 – 5 days to process an exchange or replacement, much depends on product availability.
If there is the likelihood of a delay beyond 5 working days we will advise you.
Refunds are processed within five working days. We will notify you by e-mail the day that the returned goods have been received by us. Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the product was returned because of an error made by Silver Photo Frames or if the product was damaged in shipping.
